SCALE With Impact

One good pitch is not enough when you face investors, customers, partners and recruits in the same year. Each audience needs its own version, and every meeting teaches you something. Scale With Impact is a six month pitch coaching program to build, test and adapt your pitch with every one of them.

Scale with Impact includes everything in Pitch Building, plus 6 months of hands-on training and coaching, giving us the time to explore the full range of sales and pitching techniques, put them into practice, and continuously refine your approach based on real-world feedback.

This extended engagement allows us to go deeper, sharpen your skills, adapt your message, adjust your strategy, and even pivot when necessary giving you the best possible chance of turning opportunities into success.

The problem

Even the best pitch can fail when it's poorly delivered.

A prospect challenges your assumptions. An investor interrupts with a difficult question.

A purchasing manager raises an objection you didn't anticipate.

Success depends not only on what you say, but on how you say it, how you listen, and how you respond.

How We Work : Practice, Prepare, Improve

We combine structured training with real-world coaching.

Through rehearsals and role-plays, we put you in front of realistic decision-makers, challenge your arguments, and help you develop the confidence and flexibility to handle different situations.

We then work alongside you as you prepare for important meetings, review what happened, and continuously improve your pitch based on actual feedback.

2. Pitch Delivery Training & Meeting Preparation

Knowing your pitch isn't enough. You need to own it.

We teach you the techniques and practical tricks to go beyond your presentation: capture attention, read your audience, ask the right questions, handle objections, and guide the conversation with confidence.

Through rehearsals and realistic role-plays, we help you master all three versions of your pitch and adapt your approach to different decision-makers.

We also prepare you for important meetings, tailoring your message and strategy to each prospect, investor, or client.

The goal: don't just deliver your pitch. Master the conversation.

3. Debrief, Adapt & Improve

The best feedback comes from real conversations. After key meetings, we review what worked, what didn't, and what your audience actually understood. We refine your arguments, update your pitch materials as your offer evolves, and improve your responses to new objections.

Each meeting becomes an opportunity to make your next pitch stronger.

The Goal: Make You Autonomous.

At the end of the program, you don't just have a compelling pitch. You know how to deliver it, adapt it, defend it, and improve it independently.

Your pitch becomes a sales tool you truly master.
